I arrived at Achs at a very difficult time in my life, a victim of workplace harassment that had lasted for months and that had pushed me to the limit. One of the most devastating days of my experience was when I met the TENS, who, with her presence and support, made a crucial difference for me. She welcomed me with empathy and warmth that gave me respite in the midst of my anguish. As a healthcare professional, she deeply understood my pain and situation, and her words of encouragement were a light in the darkness.
