Nurse Leigh Ann is AWESOME! Her commitment to high-quality customer care is unrelenting. She has the patience of an angel. My niece is a first-time mom and was very anxious. Leigh Ann used such a gentle reassuring approach. Leigh Ann is very knowledgeable and at every opportunity took the time to educate my niece and our family on proper self-care and caring for our new baby. In performing professions, we sometimes are so caught up with the technical aspects of our jobs that we forget customer service. Leigh Ann has not! Her bedside manner is something we seldom see now a day. We feel BLESSED to have had her caring for our family.
