February 2023 Honoree
Leigh-Anne Hall, BSN, RN
First, going to the emergency room is very stressful. To come to terms (at home) and realize that you need more help can be overwhelming at times. I have never been so well cared for as in the ED by Leigh-Anne on night shift (she was my RN). She was calm, caring and talked to me intelligently but not over the top. She brought me an extra warm blanket, inserted an IV, and it did not hurt and checked on me frequently. She also explained the discharge instructions well.
The list goes on and on...... She was truly an "angel" that night. I am not exaggerating -- "The BEST ED Nurse I have ever had in my life."

Thank you, Leigh-Anne, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
