She is very dedicated, has a great level of nursing knowledge and skills, an unbelievable work ethic and dedication, good managerial and people skills, is a team player, has hands-on care, and puts the facility before her own needs. This past weekend, she had the opportunity to go home for three day weekend. She was very appreciative. Her home is in Missouri. When I spoke with her Thursday afternoon, thinking she would still be driving and I was checking on her, she stated she had decided to go to her sister's in Nashville, so she would only be 3 hours away from the facility instead of six since we were expecting surveyors anytime. I’ve been doing travel work for 7-8 years and have never worked with a more outstanding person and nurse than her. Our recruiter stated we would be the dream team, and we both couldn’t agree more. I’m blessed to know her and have worked with her. I wish she had started this assignment at the same time I did, and we could’ve accomplished even more than we have in the short time we’ve been together.
