The respect for veterans and the unwavering support of her staff is something that all managers should emulate. She is one of the BEST managers I have worked for in my many years working at TVHS. With Leigh's understanding, she has allowed me to take a step back when I needed it, and this allowed me to remember why I got into nursing in the first place. It allowed me to give my patients the best care that I can. She always is there for the Veteran and her staff.
