Leigh is generous with her time and compassion. She listened attentivley and was never abrupt or inpatient. She returned to check on me even on days when she was not assigned to me. Leigh was always encouraging without being condescending. She engaged easily, eagerly and with genuine concern. She was insightful and was able to antcipate my needs. She answered questions clearly and provided helpful directions and encouragement.
