After being left alone in an ER Room with nobody coming in to check on him, my 92-year-old grandfather was very distraught and wanted to leave the hospital. When Leilani came in to talk to us, she did it with kindness and empathy for our situation. Her words and demeanor calmed everything and changed my grandfather's mind about wanting to go home. Leilani not only spoke with us, but she acted right away to make us feel more comfortable. Because of Leilani, my grandfather has a more positive outlook on his hospital stay and will be happy to return to St. Rose in the future. We appreciate Leilani and the care we received from her.
