When Leilani came in for the evening, she immediately started helping us take good care of my father. His orders were being changed to focus on palliative care. She carefully navigated the change and cleared unnecessary equipment from the room. She answered our questions completely and with care. She went out of your way to demonstrate that Dad would be in good hands when we left for the night to get some much-needed rest after a long drive to get here Sunday.
