Lemlem Jajarso is the kind of nurse you would want caring for you or one of your family members. She is very kind, compassionate, and has a calming demeanor even if it is a stressful situation. She is always going above and beyond for her patients and teammates. Even with her facility often not having a FA, she has maintained the facility to be survey ready and is always quickly responsive to any ask of her. She has a very positive attitude and emulates the attributes of a leader on a daily basis.
