My very good friend was diagnosed with having a severe stroke and Leonard and his team took the time out of their already busy day to come into the room with him and sing a song with him. When he first arrived, he was on the 3rd floor and could barely talk. The doctor let us know that melodies and tunes from his childhood might help to trigger who he is to himself. So, to see Leonard, as the manager, leading the team with him singing and dancing meant so much to myself and I am sure his family who was standing there with him. Since he had been on that floor he had progressed so much before he was finally transferred over to rehab.
