Leo has shown exceptional care, empathy and professionalism throughout my stay. He is always checking in and explains the medications and amounts as they change. After a rapid response situation with my roommate happened, he immediately made sure I was o.k. after the commotion. He displays the perfect balance between compassion and medical professionalism. Well, the first day that I came to see my mother at 7 South, the nurse that day was so nice to me and my mother. His professionalism is overwhelmingly outstanding. First, I asked him about how was my mother, what are her treatments, results, and tests. He answered with knowledge respect and caring. Second, during the time I was here, he came every five or ten minutes to check if everything was alright and to check if my mother needed to be changed or give her medication or to do a test. This guy really, really got my attention. And when he came to change my mother, he cleaned everything, changed her position on the bed, and was caring and delicate. Basically, Leo has been so professional and respectful, he is beyond my expectations.
