Recently, there was an unplanned day case surgery for a Royal patient, and the OR-SCN requested OT staff if she could handle the patient in the ward. Without any hesitation, she accepted this task and cared for this patient from the ward to the holding bay to PACU and back to the ward. Her strong commitment and dedication to her work give everyone confidence that the kind of care she provides for all types of patients, regardless of any kind of status, is so exceptional and distinctive that any patient can feel wherever she is assigned. The royal patient and her family thanked her with gladness and contentment for her service.

She is a silent and humble worker and also very well-appreciated by all the areas she was assigned during COVID time. She is a true DAISY Nurse.
