Leora is an amazing NICU nurse. She provides amazing care for the smallest of our patients. She is heavily involved in providing evidence-based care for our patients by always looking at the latest research. She always has a "project" on the unit that involves quality initiatives to meet our patient care goals. She does all this because she knows it helps provide the best care for our patients.
