I have a hepatic artery pump installed and over time it has become more and more challenging to access. With only two other nurses able to help me, there were times they weren't available to help right away. Leris took on the challenge to learn how to access my pump (now does it on the first try) and is now training others how to be successful as well. He has become one of our favorites with his witty interactions and his commitment to excellence. He is thorough and efficient and when we are scheduled to work with him we know it will be a positive experience.
