I came to the ED very stressed out and scared from a domestic abuse situation. There was nowhere to go and I chose to come to BRMC because the shelters were full. Lesa helped me stay calm in a very stressed-out time. She listened to me as I talked, like actually sat next to me, listening instead of multitasking. She is an amazing nurse.
