Lesley Phillips has an encouraging word for me as I lie in bed with many blood clots to worry about. She carries on a conversation while quickly taking her measurements with the computer equipment. She has a pleasant laughter that is infectious. When I ask her for something, she is quick to provide it. When you are ill, bedside manner is the cherry on the cake!
