Leslie Avalos, RN

Leslie always goes above and beyond for everyone in the unit. She stays past her scheduled time to make sure all her patients are clean and satisfied. Getting her to go on break is a hassle sometimes because she wants to ensure that not only the patients are satisfied but family members are as well. She makes sure her fellow coworkers have taken breaks and are caught up with work. Leslie is very passionate, caring, understanding, and hardworking. When I see her name on the schedule, I know it's going to be a good, calm day.

Leslie goes out of her way to help everyone. Even if she is not assigned to work with a patient, she will help them as well as the CNA. Kindred needs more nurses like her.
