I had the best nurse while waiting for surgery. This nurse's bedside manner, kindness, knowledge, and light are simply amazing. I can see the smile behind their mask. I cannot express how important it is to have a nurse like them. They calmed my nerves by simply being themselves and being kind. That seems to be rare these days. I am very lucky to have experienced this level of quality care. Many people can learn from this nurse. Thank you for making me feel at home during a nervous time. I will always remember this experience.
