I just wanted to take a moment to express how deeply grateful I am for the wonderful treatment that I received from your Nursing staff. One in particular I would like to mention is Leslie. The procedure that I had was a UAE, which was very painful even though I had the epidural in my back for 24hours. Leslie was my night nurse; she was phenomenal with the way that she tended to my needs. I was in a tremendous amount of pain all day and all night long along with vomiting. Leslie made me feel comfortable even through my pain. She did everything necessary to help me and for that I am eternally grateful. From a patient standpoint it is imperative that one receive the right kind of empathetic care, and I tell you Leslie was and is that Nurse that cares, is compassionate and has empathy. She took her time with me ensuring before she left my room that I was doing ok and that I had everything that I needed. Please let her know that I remembered her through all the pain meds and pain. She is a great example to follow as a nurse and a bright shining light. Thank you so very much for blessing me with an exceptional & compassionate nurse.
