Leslie R. Torino, BSN, RN

Leslie is an awesome nurse! She was so kind and gentle. I had several questions, and she patiently answered each and every one. She made me feel like I was the most important thing she had to do at the time. When I was hurting, she took the time to explain all my pain med options and made sure that the meds worked, and my pain was diminishing. 

I am beyond grateful for her kindness! Also, in the morning I was confused about how to go about ordering breakfast. The previous day, I was brought a menu and told to call the number. It didn’t work on my phone. When Leslie came in, she asked if I had ordered my breakfast, and I told her it wasn’t working on my phone. She took the time to show me where the hospital phone was and made sure I knew how it worked. 

Leslie stayed with me while I ordered breakfast to make sure I had no issues. The fact that she took the time to stay and help meant the world to me. If it weren’t for her, I would have skipped eating. I totally appreciate her!
