Leslie Randolph, RN

Leslie Randolph, Head Nurse, was formally recognized during the hospital-wide DAISY Award Ceremony. The ceremony was attended by nursing leaders, staff from the Behavioral Unit, and providers who shared personal testimonials about Leslie's impact on the lives of many Behavioral patients through compassionate care.

 According to her staff, Ms. Randolph is respected by many because she treats everyone with respect and she is a fair leader. She inspires her colleagues, is attentive to detail, and always goes above and beyond the call of duty. 

According to Mr. Anthony Paterson, RN/ Behavioral Health, Ms. Randolph has gone above and beyond for her staff. She has been able to initiate safe practices and motivate her staff to provide compassionate care to all patients. Her outstanding commitment to patient care is truly amazing, and her leadership skills are exceptional. She has made a positive impact on daily work, and she is tirelessly dedicated to her staff and patients.

Leslie is without a doubt the best caregiver I have had the pleasure of working with. She is pleasant, amazing, and never angry. She remains a great asset to Queens Hospital. She sees everyone equally and practices professionalism and respect. She is also highly respected by staff because of her manner and delivery at work.
