My husband and I visited 2 North weekly for 6 weeks (sometimes 2x per week). Leslie was there to greet us and change the dressing on J’s PICC line. Some of the times were quick and quiet, and other times, there was a lot of busyness. Everyone there was very helpful, but Leslie stood out to us.

She usually changed J’s dressing and drew blood. Very positive and gentle about her work. Some days were really busy at 1 pm and I suspect she had to delay her lunch to fit us in at that time. We never felt like it was a problem, even when we had a problem and needed more time.

Sometimes, we had to wait a while. As we listened to her on the phone with other patients, it was readily apparent that patience is a genuine part of her. She talked carefully and slowly and explained things well. (They were answering a lot of questions about COVID and infusions).

We felt it was the same when we needed help. Her empathy was appreciated. We feel you have an outstanding employee in Leslie, and even though she was just doing her job, we felt that she gave us outstanding care.
