Leslie Van Nocken

Leslie is the epitome of nursing compassion. She is fully committed to her patients and their families. Leslie once took the time to get to know a gravely ill patient that had no family in the area. She never left his bedside throughout the dying process, talking to him and holding his hand as he passed away so he would not be alone in his final moments. This act left a huge impression on Leslie’s instructor, classmates, hospital staff, and the patient.
