Above all, this nurse has always proven to uphold excellent client-centered care! As many may empathize with in front line health care, there can be a diverse range of challenging encounters with each client's care. However, Lester has risen above and beyond those difficulties to provide effective and meaningful care for the client, as well as serve as a reliable and respectful team member. For instance, Lester was quick-footed and eager to provide equitable, meaningful access to a client that required significant care and time commitment. Lester successfully coordinated with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide the client with the opportunity to take a shower as this was the one wish the client had during their entire client journey.
