We would like to submit a word of special appreciation to all of the staff and doctors at Ward F (Oncology), Nelspruit Mediclinic. Our daughter has been suffering from cancer over the past number of years, during which period she was admitted as a patient every time her health deteriorated. She was again admitted and unfortunately she passed away a few days later. During this period of suffering, we, as a family, were at her bedside constantly, and the pain of seeing her suffer was somewhat relieved by the excellent and outstanding treatment that she received every minute of every day. Each of the staff members was so professional and friendly, responding immediately when we called them, and they really impressed us with their prompt and efficient actions. Something that was also very pleasing was the fact that the staff members communicated with each other in such a way that we could hardly hear them, unlike the staff at other hospitals where loudness and chatting were the order of the day. We do not have the names of all staff members in Ward F, but we would like to express our sincere appreciation to all of them and to the doctor for their high level of dedication towards our daughter.

A special word of thanks to Lethu for their very profiessional care, and to the rest of the staff a very big thank you. We are mourning, but your staff may celebrate the level of service that they have achieved. May their dedication serve as an example to all staff at all your hospitals.

I was under a very caring staff, especially Lethikuthula Lukhele. He is a profession, and he treats everyone with respect, including his junior employees. He is an asset to this institution. The male nurse, Sr Blessing, is the strong one who is always ready to help us with my father. Thank you for everything you did for my father and for always having time to explain to me what exactly is going on and how my father is doing.
