Leti took care of me 3 days in a row and was just phenomenal! She always had a smile on her face and was very patient and kind. She truly seemed to care about the well-being of my daughter and me. She explained everything thoroughly before doing any interventions. She answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed before being discharged. She also called me after being discharged to tell me something she had forgotten to tell me! There are very few nurses who would bother doing something like this, and I truly appreciated her thoughtfulness! She is very deserving of this DAISY Award!
