My father was admitted to the ICU from the ER. From day 1, Leticia has shown him such respect and compassion. She treats him as I suspect she would treat her own father. She is also so loving and concerned. I am confident when I am not there that he is in the best hands. She makes him smile (not an easy thing to do) and treats him so kindly. I also like that she explains to him everything that she is doing and doesn't just talk to the family members. My dad is there with a multitude of issues and Leticia is treating him so completely, nothing is getting ignored or overlooked. If he doesn't like his meal, she offers to get him something else. All in all, having Leticia with my dad is awesome! It's as if I am there caring for him myself, I could have not asked for better care! She is the best!!
