Letitia Gray, RN

Letitia has simply blown our minds since joining us as a B5 school staff nurse in June 2022. Letitia quickly grasped the essence of school nursing and ran with it, her clinical skills are top of the range and she absolutely models what empathy is with our Children and Young People (CYP) and their families but also with her colleagues, with whom she is very caring towards, Letitia has never been heard saying no and is very eager to learn more and more daily. School health service is a term-time service and Letitia is one of our new full-time recruits, Letitia demonstrated what an invaluable member of the team she already is with confidence and generosity of time, Letitia was always able to professionally and knowledgeably attend safeguarding meetings, write reports and advocate for our CYP throughout the summer months, Letitia personified the Trust Values for our service this summer and we believe she fully deserves this award.
