I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I was of all the hard work by Lety during the course of the multiple procedures we had in radiology yesterday afternoon. Her great attitude, helpfulness and outstanding rapport with our patients made everything go a lot smoother!

This weekend in the house was extremely busy and Lety's request to come in for a temp dialysis catheter and subsequent drainage catheter placement was required. After coming in for the temp on Saturday she asked if there was anything else she could assist us with as we were busy with both ICU temp dialysis catheters and line placements as well those for patients on the other floors. She continued to assist us throughout the day as our work flow cut into the evening ending up with the drain placement. Lety having been summoned to come in yet again on Sunday for another Temp Dialysis Cath Placement once again, asked if there was anything else she could help us with, as Sunday looked to be another grueling day. She continued to help us in many ways without hesitation making our weekend quite a bit easier to cope with. I just wanted to make sure that you were aware of the great asset Lety is not only to nursing, the house, but also to the Interventional Radiology Department. She has performed like this in the past and her commitment to the profession of nursing not to mention to the department must be recognized and appreciated. She is great, a pleasure to work with, and have as a colleague.
