He has been instrumental in providing a safe, supportive environment to one of the most vulnerable teens in an inpatient setting on the Adolescent unit at San Jose Behavioral Health. He is very empathetic, patient, supportive, and caring.
His effective intervention techniques have likely prevented many higher and more intrusive interventions, hence minimizing risk of harm to our teens and staff.
