Leyla followed through on her duties as a Nurse for the entire 12 hours of her shift. I also observed her with other patients not just with my niece. She demonstrated her integrity by also helping my niece understand her pain and explaining the medications and their dosage(s).

Compassion - is not a strong enough word to demonstrate how Leyla performs as a nurse. Her bedside manners/responses/actions are above any healthcare worker I have ever encountered.

Accountability - Leyla demonstrated accountability as a nurse by clearly communicating what she was doing each time she entered the room and made sure the patient understood everything she was doing.

Respect - Leyla's high level of respect allowed the patient to have a higher level of trust, safety, and well-being about getting well and going home. Leyla demonstrates a high level of respect as a Nurse and a representative of TMH.

Excellence - If I look up the word excellence in the dictionary there will be a picture of Leyla. Her work excellence is valuable, very positive, and praiseworthy. With great appreciation, I would like to say thank you for being a Great Nurse.
