From the time my mom hit this unit she was greeted by Lezonie. Smiling, comforting and professional at the same time. Her bedside manner is the best I've ever seen. At one point she was even holding my mother's hand trying to make her feel better. My mom and I even stated at shift change that Lezonie was detailed in her report to the next nurse. Thank you, Lezonie, for this experience.
