Liam Shaw is not nor has ever been my assigned nurse! When I approach him for anything he is always direct, courteous, and respectful. He never has an excuse why something can't be done, he reacts immediately to attend to all my needs without hesitation with a smile on his face. He never has a bad attitude, is never negative, and when he says he'll do something he follows through.
