A patient pulled me aside to inform me that I need to progress Liam. The patient states that he has been in the ward for a long time and has been well cared for by the team, but the standard of care provided by Liam is incomparable. He is an asset to the team and looks after the patient very well. Goes above and beyond to help them.

In addition, I have received a compliment from a medical staff member about the care that Liam provided to a sick patient. He went out of his way to ensure urgent medical needs were met.
