Liana consistently provides a high level of compassionate care to her babies and their families. Liana's travel nurse recruiter received an email passed on from a family whose son received care from Liana as a NurseChoice traveler. The email from the mother said that a travel nurse named Liana cared for their son for five out of his 14-day stay. The mother wrote that she "truly believed he thrived because of her. She paid extremely detailed attention to him and us and was so empathetic and compassionate. She was so caring and loving toward my son that I was able to relax and get some good sleep when I knew he was in her hands." The mother wrote that on the same unit there was a critically ill infant who would not survive. She said that Liana took the time to make sure the family had as much seclusion as possible, keeping the unit quiet and outside conversations at a minimum. Afterward, the family thanked her for everything she did for the family and expressed appreciation for the time they had with their little one before he passed. Liana is truly an outstanding nurse and a great human being. Her compassion, quick thinking, empathy and critical nursing knowledge make her an asset to any unit. She changes lives for the better on a daily basis.
