Liane is an incredible nurse and it is always reassuring to know that she is caring for our patients. Recently, she faced significant resistance from some medical providers when advocating for improved management of a dying patient's care. She knew what was best for the patient and his family and had the moral courage and strength of character to stand up to those preventing him the care he needed. She should be commended for this and all the other wonderful things she routinely does because they are the right thing to do, even when they are far from easy. It's an honor and a privilege to work alongside nurses like Liane!
