Lianna is always focused on the patient's best interest. She explains things in layman's terms. She has helped me over the last 3 months. I met her last year when I had a stereotactic biopsy. This year she has helped me during several mammograms, ultrasound, and MRI. She also referred me to the high-risk breast cancer clinic as well as helping coordinate an appointment with a certified genetic counselor. This all seems so simple when writing it down, but believe me, it's not. Lianna has been like a big sister to me. I have no family living to help coordinate all the info needed. She has patiently explained things to me, and she has been an advocate to help me do what is best for me. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy. She understands the difficulty of insurance, emotions, and the need for knowledge. I know people who go to bigger hospitals and rave about the care they receive in a "specialty" wing, however, I believe Lianna is the reason I would never want to transfer from HRH. She is a gem, and I'm not sure how hidden she will be after I tell others about her. I believe she makes a positive contribution to every patient she's involved with.
