Liaura has been so amazing to my mom. My mom had a bad shoulder replacement surgery, but she has an underlying, very rare bleeding condition called HHT, which complicates things and she must be monitored closely. Liaura was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and talked to my mom in such a caring way that my mom listened to her as she went above and beyond to explain and educate us (my mom, stepdad and me.) She made sure my mom was comfortable and really got a handle on my mom's pain (she doesn't tolerate pain meds well and can't take certain meds.) You can tell Liaura loves what she does and is nothing short of amazing. Her passion for helping others is evident. We are so grateful that my mom was in her care.
