Libby Brooks, BSN, RN

Libby was so gentle, kind, and very understanding about our family member’s situation. It was the first time that we had to visit the ICU, and Libby exceeded our expectations for caring, supporting, and providing diligent and passionate service. Libby was able to meet our cultural and diverse practices as we were nearing a very risky brain surgery. She coordinated a visit from our faith leader and supported a family gathering as we expected the worst. She very openly welcomed working with another language other than English and was so kind and humble. Language and understanding your patient are important in patient care—Libby also spoke kindness, compassion, and humility. That was so much more important to us! Gracias Libby!
