When me and my wife came to labor and delivery it was for a known stillbirth of our daughter. My wife has severe complications during pregnancy and Libby was right there by our side the whole time. Libby started her shift at 7am, May 3rd, and at 8pm she was still there by my wife's side making sure we both had what we needed even if it was simply comfort.

Before my wife was taken to the OR, she told Libby her shift was over and Libby told her she was there for her, not the job, and this made us feel like Libby was family. Libby went above and beyond her expected duty's as a nurse. She told me, as I was emotional, that she was not going to leave until my wife opened her eyes and she knew she was okay.

Libby has forever earned a place in our hearts and that of our families.
