“I'd like to appreciate and nominate Lida for the DAISY Award because of her excellent care and compassion for patients like my mom, who needs extra care as she has special needs (handicapped). Lida has shown us amazing level of care for my mom, and she was so kind and knowledgeable about my mom's condition and was able to provide full info and assistance for my mom during her stay. Lida was so supportive in medical assistance, kind, compassionate, and smart. Her assistance made my mom feel better during a very painful time.

We are very grateful for her assistance. Being sick and in pain is extremely difficult. However, having Lida's assistance made it better. It is also a very scary and emotional time, therefore, having someone kind, compassionate, and treating the patient with empathy is very critical for recovery. Emotional health is so important to recovery. Lida has helped us reduce fear and anxiety. She was kind, smart, and very helpful. I appreciate Lida because even though she is so busy with many patients, she still made time it helps each and every patient with kindness, compassion, and excellent care.”
