I have been a regular patient on F22 for around 6 years. Throughout these 6 years, I have had numerous admissions however this admission was completely unexpected with a worry situation, leaving me feeling frightened. The care and support I received from all of the nurses were outstanding as always; however, Lili made me feel confident that I was in good hands by keeping me calm and reassuring me whilst being an unpleasant procedure. Lili was very kind, caring, and professional and I would like Lili to know how grateful I am to have had her as my nurse during my admission. Lili has a big heart for the work she does and for the people she helps.
