Lily has been an integral member of the ENT clinic for many years. Her valuable contributions have been felt by patients and staff alike. She is the breathing example of a great nurse: empathetic, organized, hardworking. An example is the Head and Neck Support Group that she helps run with her manager. In the monthly gatherings, she works hard to reach out to all participants (patients that need the use of an electrolarynx to speak after a laryngectomy). She is empathic, caring, and is always advocating for her patients. Lily treats patients and staff as members of an extended family. You can always count on her to graciously adapt to clinical challenges and exceed expectations.
