Lilian's bedside manner and ability to connect with patients and families are unmatched. She truly goes above and beyond in her care and is empathetic. She made our family feel that our uncle was in great hands and explained every step of the way in his care plan. She told him it's his right to know every aspect of his care, from long-term care to medications. She is one of a kind. I wish every nurse was like Lilian. She is kind, serious, and caring. She treated my uncle like her own. She knew my family within a day and made sure we felt assured that it would be okay.
