Lilian White, BSN, RN
Lilian was a huge advocate in ensuring her patient who was progressively and rapidly declining to get a higher level of care. Lilian made multiple calls to the physician to communicate the status of the patient. She voiced her concerns and worked hard to keep her patient safe. Lilian demonstrated one of our safety habits; A.R.CC. She made a request to transfer the patient. She kept the patient safe, she was compassionate and trusted her gut feeling. Lilian was committed to her patient and making sure the patient received the proper care they needed.
