Liliana is a very caring, friendly, joyful, and professional nurse. I was very scared and uneasy to come to the hospital because of fear of the unknown. She has helped make my hospital stay a very good experience. Liliana helped calm my fears by taking the time to explain what was about to happen next in my recovery process in a way that I could understand, which put my mind at ease. Liliana is always dressed very nicely and has a great attitude! Liliana is an extraordinary nurse. You all should really appreciate her. She deserves this DAISY Award.
