Don't know where to begin. We met Liliana back in Nov 2019. My daughter has just woken up from a coma and was having a hard time. Liliana was a new nurse at the time, if she had not told me she was a new nurse when I asked how many years she's been doing this, I would have never guessed she was a new nurse. She was amazing! She was on top of things, went the extra mile.
She is, till this day, the quietest nurse we have had and we have had many, many nurses. When your child doesn't sleep all day or night the moment your child sleeps, you really need a quiet nurse who can take care of your child without waking her up. Not once did I ever worry about my child when Liliana was her nurse. Every month we looked forward to seeing our nurses but Liliana has a special place in our hearts. I can see the love she has for our child. She makes us feel like we are family.
I talk about Liliana to my family a lot and my family cannot wait to meet this amazing nurse. Because we come to Dell every month, we have the privilege to see her a lot. I have seen her blossom into a phenomenal nurse. We had the privilege to witness her as a charge nurse! She was AMAZING! She did a fantastic job managing the entire floor. I am so proud of her. Dell is blessed to have such a wonderful nurse.
I can tell which new nurses were trained by her, she does such a great job teaching the new nurses. I love her dearly but just recently, our love for her has grown even more. My daughter was having a hard time and Liliana and our new nurse acted fast, planned ahead, and got the doctors involved. We understand there are steps to take, the entire team (our nurses, PCRS) were having to wait and wait to receive orders from her other medical team, Liliana was AMAZING! She did not stop until my daughter received the medical care she needed. And I cannot thank her enough for that!
She will forever have a special place in our hearts. I don't have the space to tell you ALL the amazing things she has done, not only for our daughter but for us and so many people. She's one of the best nurses Dell has.
