A patient who is in and out of confusion had a birthday coming up while he was admitted. Lilibeth spent a lot of time calming and reassuring his wife about his condition. She bought him a coffee mug from the gift shop, a card which she passed to all the staff to sign, and had someone bring him a birthday cake milkshake to celebrate. She also put the patient in a wheelchair and took him outside for the first time in a month. Thank you for your compassionate care, Lilibeth.
