Lilli is an amazing nurse. She consistently uses her excellent critical thinking skills along with her compassion for her patients to provide superb care for her patients. Lilli has spent immeasurable amounts of time at patients' bedsides in order to hold a hand through troubling times, give words of encouragement when a patient doubts her strength, or patiently explain what to expect with a new diagnosis or medications. Lilli is as meticulous with her documentation as she is with her patient care. She never shies away from added responsibilities on the unit and always welcomes a challenge. She is also bilingual, and is so attentive and caring with our Spanish-speaking patients. When I come to work and see that she is working, I feel a certain sense of peace, knowing that she will be an integral part of my team for the next 12 hours or so.
