My mother was a patient at Grandview for two weeks in December. The nurses went above and beyond to take care of her. I am so thankful for their determination and willingness to do everything they could to help her recover. They were overly helpful and kind to me when I called to check on her for updates. I am a COVID nurse as well, so I understand how hard it can be sometimes. Your nurses did an amazing job. Lilli specifically stood out to my mom. She was more than pleased. Lilli went the extra mile to love on my mom and make her feel like a human. She took the time to brush her hair, brush her teeth, and make her smile to let her know she was not alone.
